General Returns
We do not accept returns, as each item is meticulously inspected and hand-selected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
All items sold at wintexarchive.com are secondhand or vintage, which means natural signs of wear, age, or minor imperfections are to be expected. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Therefore, we do not usually accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. We trust our customers to review the provided details. Please also note that varying levels of wear are natural for vintage and second-hand items and may not always be captured fully in photos or descriptions.
Shipping Risk & Liability: For international shipments all shipping risks pass to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
We are not liable for delivery delays, lost shipments, or parcels marked as delivered but stolen or missing thereafter.
In accordance with UCC § 2-509 (Risk of Loss), the risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed.
If an order is returned to us and requires re-shipment, all additional shipping costs must be paid by the customer prior to re-dispatch.
